Within the Erasmus Plus project of the "Take a step to protect the Earth" project, we organized together with the partners and the young people involved, the youth exchange in Horezu, 2022.

The cultural evenings developed and discovered different skills among young people, offered a culinary moment of tasting but also a presentation of culture and specific traditions.
FROM EARTH TO ART
We organized training courses promoting traditional crafts, pottery, but we had the opportunity to visit and hold Craftsmen, in order not to inform about traditional crafts in the Oltenia area.

The participants had the opportunity to visit the area where the project was carried out and to see different local crafts and products of the craftsmen from the Oltenia area. We presented the local history but also on the national level as well as the popular Romanian port.

We organized activities regarding the protection of the environment, starting from the problems encountered in the local environment, we proposed solutions.
We held citizen information sessions and took a step towards a cleaner environment.
Outdoor games and activities, as well as walks exploring the area, were the most interactive option for all participants.

After meetings, brainstorming, discussions , the youth came up with different ideas and plans to raise awareness and increase the protection of the environment.
